Dr Sara Fueyo Pestaña is a Gynaecologist specialising in assisted reproduction at IVF-Life Donostia. She graduated in Medicine from the University of Oviedo and completed her specialist training in Gynaecology and Obstetrics via the MIR programme at University Hospital Donostia.
She also holds postgraduate training in Human Reproduction and Minimally Invasive Gynaecology. Her career includes training placements in reference hospital centres, where she expanded her experience in obstetric ultrasound, labour and delivery care, and the management of high-risk pregnancies.
Since June 2023, she has combined her work at University Hospital Donostia with her clinical practice in gynaecology and reproductive medicine.
Dr Sara Fueyo Pestaña specialises in reproductive medicine, assisted reproduction, gynaecology and obstetrics, infertility, in vitro fertilisation, intrauterine insemination, fertility preservation and obstetric-gynaecological ultrasound. Her experience also includes high-risk obstetrics, pregnancy monitoring, family planning, menopause, endometriosis, human papillomavirus (HPV), and minimally invasive gynaecology.
Dr Sara Fueyo Pestaña participates in outreach activities related to fertility, assisted reproduction, gynaecology and women’s health.
She has contributed to patient information content on secondary infertility, adenomyosis, male fertility, in vitro fertilisation, and the safety of cryopreserved biological samples.
