Double gamete donation IVF is a fertility treatment that consists of performing in vitro fertilisation using eggs and sperm from anonymous donors. This option allows patients to achieve pregnancy without using their own gametes.
The double gamete donation IVF process is similar to an egg donation treatment combined with donor sperm. In this case, the donor undergoes ovarian stimulation and follicular puncture, and the eggs obtained are fertilised with a semen sample from another donor. The recipient usually undergoes hormonal preparation of the endometrium before embryo transfer.
