The process of obtaining the sample is simple. Blood is collected from the patient. It is then processed in the laboratory by controlled centrifugation to separate the plasma containing the platelets from the rest of the blood components.
Once it is obtained, it is administered to the area to be treated, either the endometrium or the ovary. For ovarian rejuvenation, small amounts of the sample are injected into the ovarian cortex via transvaginal ovarian puncture.
A blood sample is collected from the patient to obtain the plasma that will be used during the procedure.
The blood sample is centrifuged to separate and obtain plasma with a high concentration of platelets. The platelets contain growth factors that can subsequently be released and used during the procedure.
