The IVF-Life group once again positions itself among the leading references in reproductive medicine research following the selection of five scientific studies for the 35th Congress of the Sociedad Española de Fertilidad (SEF), which will take place from 6 to 9 May in Seville. Of these, three will be presented in oral format and two as posters, a recognition that highlights the group’s scientific strength and its commitment to innovation applied to clinical practice.
The research studies have been developed by embryologist Alba Alarcón, from IVF-Life Madrid, and the group’s National Laboratory Director, Dra. Llanos Medrano, professionals who lead different lines of research aimed at continuing to improve results in assisted reproduction.
The acceptance of these five studies by the SEF represents significant recognition of the work that IVF-Life carries out in its laboratories, where research and clinical care progress side by side. The selected studies address key issues related to embryonic development, oocyte maturation and treatment optimisation, strategic areas for continuing to increase success rates and offer patients the best reproductive options.
Three of the studies have been selected for oral presentation. These communications focus on the evaluation of different embryo culture systems, the improvement of clinical outcomes in blastocyst transfers, and the analysis of the impact of in vitro nuclear maturation on fertilisation and embryonic development.
In addition, two studies have been selected in poster format, focused on the study of embryonic euploidy and the developmental characteristics of blastocysts derived from oocytes subjected to different maturation processes.
