Dr Beatriz Fernández de Valderrama is a gynaecologist specialising in Assisted Reproduction at IVF-Life Madrid. She graduated in Medicine from the University of Pécs in Hungary and later obtained her specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Germany.

She has contributed to patient information content on the egg donation process, donor selection, endometrial preparation, genetic grief and the different stages of assisted reproduction treatments.
Dr Fernández de Valderrama has developed research activity in obstetrics, with a particular focus on the pathogenesis of late-onset pre-eclampsia. Her international and multidisciplinary training also includes clinical experience in gynaecology, internal medicine, general surgery, neurology, paediatrics, emergency medicine and family medicine.
