New preventive measures from 23rd November 2020

From 23rd November 2020 all travellers entering Spanish territory from a high-risk country must show a negative PCR result. For more information, please consult the authorities in your country. The test must be carried out up to 72 hours before entry into Spain and will be accepted in both paper and digital format. At the moment, antigen tests are NOT valid for this purpose.

Great news for everyone’s safety is being able to have your own laboratory. Thanks to PCR tests and immunological tests, we will create a space where we can test our workers and patients almost daily, at no cost, guaranteeing that the IVF-Life clinic is a space free of covid-19.

In this sense, we will carry out free-of-charge antigen tests for all our patients upon arrival at the clinic who do not have a vaccine passport or are not yet vaccinated with both dosis, as vaccinated people have a low probability of contracting covid-19, and even lower probability of developing severe disease if they are vaccinated.

We also have a saliva PCR test. Using a simple sample of saliva this test is performed avoiding the discomfort of nasopharyngeal extraction. This test is intended for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid in saliva samples.
