A journey we begin together

According to the Spanish Fertility Society (SEF) and according to the most extensive epidemiological studies, sterility affects 15% of the Western population of reproductive age, which may mean that one in six couples suffers from infertility. These studies show an increasing evolution over the years. Below, we have collected some of the IVF opinions and testimonials that our patients have left at IVF-Spain.

Throughout our professional career we have seen patients who have achieved their dream and others who, with various failed IVFs, fertility problems and great emotional support, have also been able to achieve their longed-for baby. Today we can consider Assisted Reproduction to be one of the most important contributions of science to the quality of life of the population.

At IVF-Spain we are aware of the emotional difficulty involved in starting, coping with and completing any assisted reproduction treatment; failed attempts, the desire to give up, but we also witness when a woman wants to become a mother, there is nothing to stop her. Below, we gather some of the opinions and testimonies of our most courageous patients.

We are delighted with IVF Spain. We had little hope after several treatments in the UK when we turned to IVF Spain. We were aware that other clinics did not want us as patients as it was not likely that I would get pregnant. In IVF Spain they did not give up and tried different approaches tailored to our personal circumstances and we are now expecting our child in 20 weeks time! It has always been easy to get support, advice and answers to any questions that we have had both on the phone and email. All the staff at the clinic have always been professional as well as caring and friendly.”

With this article, dedicated to each one of you, we would like to thank you for the trust you placed in us at the time, women who are an example of self-improvement and who we are very lucky to know.

IVF opinions and testimonials from our patients

„We knew it wouldn’t be easy“, tell us many patients when they first come to the clinic. But the dedication and unconditional support of all the experts involved in your treatments, the use of the best technology and your tireless energy allow us to tell stories like the ones you will read below.

During our long career we have met people like L.L. and her partner who came to IVF-Spain to fullfill their dream of shared motherhood:

“…Me and my wife cannot fault ivf spain. In the UK we have had 3 failed attempts and we decided to look for a new clinic we came across ivf spain done our research and were so glad we went with them. They are absolutely fantastic can’t fault them! They don’t treat you like a number. They don’t try to rush you out of the door either if they can cut costs back for you they will. They have your best interests and care at heart. The clinic is so relaxing and the staff are very friendly, they make you you feel like you’ve known them a long time. The actual treatment is suited to your needs. The Drs and rest of the staff know what they do and don’t over look anything, keep you well informed. Delaying motherhood

Delayed motherhood is one of the main problems of infertility nowadays. Women are at their peak of fertility between the ages of 20 and 30, from that point on their fertility begins to decrease. The quantity and quality of the oocytes diminish considerably over the years. That is the reason why women who voluntarily decide to postpone motherhood, should know that there are treatments available to preserve her fertile eggs.

This is what we call fertility preservation, where the patient must undergo ovarian stimulation, followed by ovarian puncture and subsequent vitrification of the eggs. More and more women are undergoing this type of treatment.

Egg donation

We know how painful it is to give up on sharing genetics with your baby, however, after that process of acceptance, when you notice how it grows inside you and the baby finally arrives, our patients feel nothing but immense gratitude.

Taboos in Assisted Reproduction

Although Assisted Reproduction is an improvement in the quality of life of the population in the 21st century, it is still a taboo subject for many patients.

No one says that it is easy to assume a fertility problem, but getting informed, talking to doctors, letting yourself be advised by psychological specialists and losing the shyness to ask everything that is not clear to you, are the first steps to normalise and accept that despite having a problem, there is a solution.

There are many more IVF opinions and patient testimonials that our patients shared with us in order to help others that are going trough the same situation tehy did.

We just wanted to thank you for your courage and trust, because thanks to you we can do what we do best: help to create families.

If one day you want to tell us about your case, please feel free to contact us to give us your own IVF opinions.
